Aim to Fame

 

Amateur as well as professional performers in Acting, Dancing, Modeling, Singing, Instruments and Variety Acts are eligible for participation. Each category has various styles that you can trial for. 

If you are an artist looking for a platform to launch your career, this is the opportunity you have been waiting for! Once you have been screened and accepted by our panel of judges you will be eligible to be included into the New Zealand National Team. The NZ Team will represent our country for the 7th time at the 17th Annual World Championships of the Performing Arts to be held in LA, USA 12 – 21 July 2013. Performers who have qualified for Team New Zealand will have the opportunity to attend a Boot Camp to be held in Auckland, 26 & 27 April 2013. This will afford you the opportunity to work with our panel of judges and professionals. The showcase and special awards will be held on Saturday 27 April 2013.

2012 Aim to Fame Nationals

The Aim to Fame 2012 Nationals were held in Auckland the weekend of 08 - 10 March 2012. 
After screening more than 150 prospective performers, the final 65 competed for medals and for a spot in the 2012 New Zealand Team to represent our country at the 16th World Championships of the performing arts to be held in Los Angeles.

The team departed from Auckland on the 30th of June 2012 and returned on Tuesday, 17th July 2012.
